ER enters it's 15th and final season during the 2008-2009 year on NBC. Created by historic author Michael Crichton (Jurassic Park), ER follows the daily happenings of the doctors, nurses, and interns at Chicago's County General. The staff in the ER is led by Dr. Cate Banfield (Angela Bassett), a strict, no nonsense doctor who puts her work and the patients above everything else, including family.
